A way to add you have memorized and that the app automatically calculates how much one should revise of the hifdh and how many times to repat that portion

Assalamu Alaikum, I believe that considering a method of implementing a personalised spaced repetition algorithm with the help of AI would be extremely beneficial to all students of Hifdh. For example, being able to create a session (e.g 1 page or a quarter Juz) and being tested by the AI. Based on your performance it will suggest a next review date. This should be separate from the regular AI that tests you. For example, if I were to practice x page and eventually get to a level where I feel confident, I should be able to choose an AI that tests me for the purpose of long term memorisation. Based on my performance, the next review date may be in two days. If I read with no mistakes on that day, the algorithm would calculate when the next most optimal day would be in respect to all the other Hifdh you are doing. (This is also why the conventional method of spaced repetition is difficult with large amounts of information as the sheer volume can become overwhelming)

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاتة I would like the AI to have a test feature, where I can say I want to be tested from surah x until surah y. The AI will make ONE aya visible at random. And from that point on you will read and test your hifz. And mistakes will be detected as usual

I would love to see a teacher mode, where we listen to the aya and then the app waits for me to recite it, and then after reciting it the app can hear me if I recited it correctly, if not it recites the sya again and then I try to recite it again, and the app should follow my pace in memorization like if I'm struggling with the same aya it waits with me, and the app should recite parts of the aya in places where the aya is long

Alsalamu alaykum. Jazaakum allahu kheir for all your work to benefit people. May allah reward you generously for all of your efforts. There is one thing stopping me from using tarteel to test myself on memorization: When reciting from memory without any access to any written ayaat, I dont even know the page layout. However, when using Tarteel to test myself, I am able to see the ayaat I have already recited (in hidden mode), and this is sort of too much help (for example, if there is one ayah left in the page, I can see its length and this kind of gives it away, or just knowing the ayah’s position in the page gives it away too). I would love if there is an option to completely hide everything during test mode (even ayah markers or already recited ayah) and for example, only show like a red light in the middle of the screen which lights up to indicate an error I have made. An AI tutor to go through line by line with you, like learning a new language but this time it’s Quran

Usually when we do hifz we repeat multiple times. It would be good to be able to set the number of reps that we need recite. Even better if Tarteel can set teacher/parent monitoring so that the student/children can be monitored on their number of repeats.
