This suggestion platform is not as robust as a system based on Discord Forums which are conducive to meaningful discussion and transparency. On here it sort of is like suggesting into a void that is a headache for both suggesters and admins to keep track of. On Discord with either a suggester bot or forums people can be questioned about their suggestions and they can be moderated better and it will help Tarteel keep uniformity in the platforms they have to keep track of. You can also move support/faq to discord where it is infinitely better to manage support and a helper culture has already been built.
