The core AI voice recognition in Tarteel is excellent for Hifz, but the app suffers from severe feature bloat. Even if you ignore the embedded YouTube web views, the interface is packed with gamification, badges, and analytics that create massive cognitive overload for children. Using iOS Guided Access isn't enough because the app itself contains too many competing stimuli. The developers urgently need to implement a Restricted UI—a dedicated kids mode that strips away everything except the mushaf and the microphone.
