I suggest that the Quran page in Tarteel match the layout of the printed Mushaf, particularly in terms of the vertical margins: the margin should be on the right side of the right-hand page and on the left side of the left-hand page. This would help preserve the visual memory of the page and make it easier to recall which side the page being reviewed belongs to.
