If the main purpose of this is to know whether you are on the right or left page in the mushaf, we already have a way to know this in the app.
There are lines on the side of each page indicating whether it is left or right. Additionally, when you tap on the screen to hide the header and footer, you will see that the page number at the bottom of the screen is on the appropriate side as well.

Please reconsider! The mind takes a picture of the entire mushaf when memorizing so that not only can a hafiz tell you where an ayah falls on the page, but where that lands on the 2-page landscape of the printed Quran. It is an anchor that helps in the development of instant recall as well as guards against error in the mutashabihat. Having the 2-page layout will mimic the original memorization method more clearly and give the memorizer another advantage. The will be especially helpful on tablet. May Allah protect and guide you.

This app is all about memorizing Quraan. if you ask any Hafiz, he will say that the most important feature in any app is dual pages view to mimic the real mushaf so that the user can see the 2 pages side by side like the mushaf and memorize the quran visually
please consider this as this is really the most important feature

This doesn't solve the problem because my mind visualizes the page facing one direction directly, and when I examine the lines closely, I find the page is facing the opposite direction. Thus, my mind begins to see the page facing the wrong direction first, then the correct direction, which confuses my memory and sometimes reinforces the initial, incorrect information.
