• Responsiveness: Highlighting sometimes feels lagging behind the live recitation.

Suggested Fix:

Limit recognition to only the verses visible on screen. This will stop the incorrect jumps. This may also improve the realtime highlighting speed by focusing the app's processing power and gives space to optimize the algorithms for recognition speed.

For practice, an optional "Focus Mode" that tracks the selected verse while reading (plus the one before/after) would offer the most accurate and instant feedback.
