I would highly recommend moving the bookmark back to where it is. It was a feature I used a lot - moving into a submenu isn't a great user experience on top of that settings doesn't need to be on the homepage. That page should be pertaining to interacting with the Qur'an itself and someone who reads it from multiple devices it's counter intuitive.
