I'd like to propose a new feature to improve the fairness of competition in the app. Some groups have over 200 members, giving them a significant advantage in terms of reading hours, compared to small groups that don't appear on the leaderboards. So, I offer three suggestions to solve this problem:
  1. Set a maximum number of members in each group to ensure equal opportunities for all.
  2. Divide each large group into smaller subgroups, so that there are two leaderboards: one for total reading hours for the large group, and another for small subgroups.
  3. Change the formula for calculating reading hours to be based on the average instead of the total. In this way, even if the group is large, adopting the average will allow small groups to compete more fairly.
