15 line Qur'an starting from page 1 instead of 2

Please can you match the page numbers with the printed mushaf of indopak nashk 15 lines right now theres a difference of 1. It isn't a big problem to general users but as a hafiz it's bugging me a bit. I see the page number and try to remember the start and it's not the same.

As a person doing Hifz. Its a big problem. If memorise page number, jumping from one to the other is wrecking havic for memorisation. Please please please can you line up the page numbers. Start the mushaf from page 2.
