Reciting the Basmalah takes you to Fatihah. Annoying!

ٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

I have a bit of an annoyance with reciting the Basmalah in that it sometimes takes me back to Fatihah. This was much more common in the app’s infancy. I must admit it’s gotten better and doesn’t happen so much nowadays. But when it does it’s super annoying. If you can just set the Basmalah as something separate so it doesn’t think you’re reciting the first ayah of Fatihah every single time.
This would be great إِنْ شَا ٱلله
بَارَكَ ٱللهُ فِيكُمْ

OsamaDroubi: I know that, however, I like to say it out loud so it is included in the recitation. It also helps my revision hearing myself each time I start a new Surah, hope that makes sense, may Allāh bless you

OsamaDroubi: also it shouldn’t be the case that if I choose to recite it audibly it takes me to Fatihah and messes up my flow of starting a new surah or continuing to the next Surah. I’m sure I’m not alone in this
